DOB 6-1-31, Providence RI. 1966 photo. Also known as “Bluejay.” Mid-level hoodlum who, as an inmate at MCI-Concord in 1977, ran for selectman in the Town of Concord (and lost). Used to brag to his fellow inmates that he could plant any “news” he wanted with a particularly lazy, corrupt columnist for a local broadsheet. Was paroled, got religion, and actually died in church – of a heart attack.
