Carmen Ray Gagliardi, DOB 10-1-40. Another Boston hoodlum who made the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List. He escaped after the murder of Joe Lanzi, who tipped the Boston cops to the murders of two of Joe Barboza’s hitmen by the Mafia in the fall of 1966.
