Gerard
Ouimette
Gerry Ouimette, DOB 3-6-40. Career
gangster, operated all over New England. After his final release from
prison, he was recorded on a federal bug in a Providence strip joint,
drunk out of his mind, planning and admitting to various crimes. In
1996, Ouimette became the first thug in New England to be sentenced to a
mandatory life-without-parole sentence under the new federal
three-strikes-and-you’re out law. Number 02519-070 is currently serving
his life sentence at Lewisburg PA, where Whitey Bulger once did time in
the 1950’s, and was occasionally visited by his brother Billy.
