| Zip Connolly, the
"FBI agent" who was in fact working for Whitey Bulger, had many friends
in various branches of law enforcement other than the FBI. After Zip
divorced his first wife (who later testified about how Zip had given her
a diamond ring Whitey had passed on to him), he took in a boarder to
make ends meet. It was Jack Kelly, who worked in the Boston DEA office
along with Zip’s brother Jim. At Zip’s retirement dinner, like everyone
else at Joe Tecce’s, the flabby narc lionized future felon Zip. Click
