Edward (Wimpy)Bennett
DOB 1-1-19, Boston MA. Alias,
“Wimpy.” Mentor of Stevie and Jimmy the Bear Flemmi in organized crime.
Murdered by Stevie in Wimpy’s garage on Columbus Avenue in the South
End, February 1967, and later buried at a gun club in Hopkinton. (His
brother Walter was later buried there as well after Stevie murdered
him.) There was one witness: the gang’s bookkeeper, Peter Poulos.

fact in the Brinks robbery. A few months later Bucelli would
be shot to death in his Cadillac. Wimpy was not charged. |
